Throughout my life I have created art and music for a wide variety of endeavors, including cookbooks, Tarot cards and even a series of Christmas illustrations as games. I've composed and recorded a solo piano CD as well as orchestrated music for commercials and animated videos. I've even written a Novel called The Blissmaker that won several national awards, and was quite an item, for at least a few years. Today though, like most of you, I am very concerned about the state of our nation. Today I am focused on using whatever talent that I may have to encourage people to become more involved in the political system; targeting that nearly half of our nation that has never even voted. It is my hope to create an ongoing series of satirical illustrations to bring awareness to the challenge at hand, And if that means that I create a funny bear character, put it on a tee shirt, and parade around the city giving out business cards educating people on how to become voters, then I will be happy to do so. And . . . I encourage everyone to do the same; to find that one task that just might make a difference in this our struggle to save a nation.
